FUNCTIONING

The argil bar pass on a conductor leash actioning a coupling system, where it makes a cut movement. Its speed is controled according the extrusion demand, the length to be cut is done through the substitution of gearing with different diameter. This machine points up the others for possessing a table where its fixes a mechanical transportation, taking off the material of machine commanding it to make a circuit until 90º to the sides according the wanted direction.

CONSTRUCTIVE DETAILS

Mounted on chassis in steel tube with steering to height calibrate. Equipped with motors, electric panel, protection on pulley and gearing. Cylinders, axis and pins are mounted on the ball bearing armor on first line. The conductor leash and transmitter are special materials of high resistance, with excellent argil adherence. The interior and exterior leashes are made by steel SAE 8640 heated treated.

The exclusiveness of the fix system in wire, it guarantees the agility in the substitution and repair. Pins and leashes are lubricated by exterior dripper. The armor coupling releases constant lubricated.
