The Automatic Grater CAIG-15 of pneumatic actioning was projected specialy to provide quality and precision in cutting of several ceramics products as: massive bricks, 21 drill, block structural, small flagstone, elements spilled, revetment, general bricks, etc.
Its main characteristic in relation to others cutters are:

- Wide dimension in cutting, changing of 60 mm to 1200 mm.
- Cut precision in any angle.
- Low maintenance cost, because it has pneumatic system that commands the cut advance, doesn't using directly electric energy.

FUNCTIONING

The argil bar extrusade is conducted on a conductor leash that actions the valve moving the cylinder, generating advance and jib of the table. Automaticly another valve is actioned discharging the second cylinder to the cut. The extrusade bar is cut among wire thread that by the end of each cut moving, gives it a small sharp edge, enabling precision and quality in the finishing of the products.

- Adjust of the wire thread, through the metric scale, it has being fixed by and extended with ratchet of easy handling

- Regulating of the height through the gauze
