FUNCTIONING

The Box Feeder DAIG-12 has a metallic track with drag metal chain, where the product is transported passing by a regulate quantity contained in and after that, the clay pass between two rotating knives with cutting spindles, triturating the clods, providing a constant feed.

CONSTRUCTIVE DETAILS

- The chassis is made with steel lamina folded SAE 1020. On itself the laminas of the lateral boxes are mounted and soldered, forming a severe monoblock structure, relative to support the material, besides of its capacity
- The tracks are manufactured in special steel with a big resistance
- On the inferior part of the tracks there is a double profile relief, to support the weight and fall of the clay
- Metal chain and pins are manufactured in steel SAE 1045
- Reduces box in armor founded iron
- Gearing set, endless thread and crown are made in special steel and heated treatment
- It has two choices of actioning, by alternation of the motor of velocity through the assign pulleys or by frequency reserver commanded by electric panel
