The Desintegrator is a machine that indicates clay in natural state, with low moistness and harden in compact blocks resistant to normal homogeneous action in the mixer. In the disintegrator the strange bodies inside the argil are separated and makes a pre lamination, where the passage between the cylinders to be about 2 mm.

FUNCTION

The Desintegrator is composed of two cylinders, the smaller has several knives and turns in high speed, breaking the harder clods of the dry or semidry argil, the bigger cylinder is smooth and turns in low velocity, keeping the material dimension.

- The axis are mounted on bearing in double line of roller
