The Crusher Homogenizer LIG 15 is an equipment made to affirm a better homogeneous of the ceramic mass, and it complete the mix work. Because treating of a strong equipment, its parts were projected for a large durability, low cost of maintenance as well as high production, indispensable item to get an excellent economy.
FUNCTIONING
The laminating of the ceramic mass it’s gotten by the material passage between two high speed cylinders realizing the material lamination and compression. Through this process, small stones and other impurity like are crushed, laminated and mixed to the ceramic mass providing to the product better uniformity and quality. Optionally to increase the work of this equipment, the engines can be mounted with pulleys of different transmissions. This mounting provides different speed in the cylinders moving simultaneous a sliding of the ceramic mass and compression of both.
