The "Monobloc" De-Airing Unit MVIG 12 is a machine with production of 10 to 12 argil ton extrusion per hour. It’s the model equipment to medium Ceramic Industry production. Dimensioned for all kinds of ceramic products as massive bricks and drills, small flagstones, empty elements, structural blocks, staff tile, etc. It contains a rechangeble parts set of easy access and simplify handling. It’s a modern machine, strong, with excellent performance in extrusion by CV and low energy consumption.

FUNCTIONING

It has a forced feed system, through a step roller. The argil is compressed by a set of propeller helix, passing by a grill, where it extracts the air, through a vacuum system. After that, the argil passes by a second set of propeller helix that extruses it of the output.
