The "Monobloc" De-Airing Unit MVIG 05 is a machine projected specially to labs material reserches and artesanal ceramic.
Dimensioned to several ceramic products, it has a simplified maintenance system with pieces of high devastate as propeller thread and grills that can be easily replaced with a low maintenance cost.

FUNCTIONING

Manually feed, where the argil is compressed by a propeller thread, passing the grill, extracting the air through a vacuum system. After this proceeding, the ceramic mass continues in other propeller thread that applies the extrusion in the wished form through the output. The extrusion argil pass on a manual cutter, where is realized the cut in wished size.
