The "Monobloc" De-Airing Unit MVIG 15 is an equipment dimensioned for high production, between 12 to 18 ton of extrusade argil per hour. Indicated to extrusion of structural blocks in general, drill, brick, leakage element, sticks for tile and other products where it’s required better quality in production. For being a strong equipment, but modern, the parts were projected to have large durability, low maintenance cost, as well high production, and indispensable facts to get an excellent economy.

FUNCTIONING

After the clay has been processed (mixed and laminated) it goes in the equipment passing by compressed hammer. These compact the mass against the grill, dividing it in small parts. To reduce the argil porosity, equality, it is extracting the air existence in the mass through the vacuum system. After that, the argil goes for a propeller helix set that realize the mass compression, effectuating the extrusion of the material by the output fixed in the jet.

CONSTRUCTIVE DETAILS

- Chassis manufactured in steel SAE 1020, laminating in form of "U", above it are fixed monoblock, motor, leash protector and lubrication system
- Monobloc and lid built in steel SAE 1020, thermic treated and factory in reaming
- Gearing trace system and helicoidally made in steel SAE 8640 thermally treated
- Armored parts and recharges all with retention to any kind of impurity to strange bodies
- Oscillating balls in first line, double cylinder with lubricating forced by the automate system
- Lubricating system automate, with injected motor bomb, oil filter and distributor that provide lubricating in all points, with exception of pulley and rotating union, easy maintenance in the system and it guarantees the peaces better duration and efficiency
- Axis made in steel SAE 8640 and dimension to support high load of torque
- Coupling pneumatic with action electro pneumatic
- Optioning it can be supplied the actioning as remote control of coupling
- Controlled watch of extrusion pressure
- Mould hammer set and against-hammer with recharge border and easy substitution
- As the hammer is protected of consuming by the border, the monoblock also is protected with recharge lateral. This one prevent the direct contact with the argil to avoid the devastate between the material and the monobloc
- Propeller made in steel SAE 1045, thermally treated and with anti consuming revetment
- Extrusor cannon divided into halves with recharge shirts in steel that facilitate maintenances and cleaning
- Pressure head of easy substitution of the mouthpiece, mouth-holder & ball-bill
- Grill in steel SAE 1045 rechanged
- Deaner filter of impurity united on the monobloc
