ROLLER GRINDER – RIG 15

The RIG-15 is a specific machine to rectify cylinders without the need to remove them of the crusher. Equipped with a grindstone that realizes the correction of regular consume of the cylinders, it is an equipment of low maintenance cost.

FUNCTIONING

Actioning one of the crusher engines, and the roller grinder engine, the grindstone superficially closed to cylinders by the steering making a movement starting & return slowly in the horizontal axis of the roller grinder.

- Tables and basis are manufactured in nodular iron heated treated and machined
- Threads and nuts manufactured in steel 1045 and nodular iron
- Equipped with motor and electric key
- Chassis in steel lamina folded
- Grindstone of easy reposition
